Because your rug is special that’s how we treat it!

Unless exceptionally large your rug should be cleaned out of your home so as to achieve the very best possible cleaning without adversely affecting other surfaces in your property such as hard flooring.

On first inspecting the rug we will discuss its history and your specific requirements with you.  We will provide a condition report which will note down any pre-existing damage, staining or concern.

Once on our premises we will carry out a more detailed inspection, fully assess the rug’s condition, and carry out pre cleaning tests for dye bleed, etc.

We will then let you know our findings and confirm our recommendations and price for cleaning and any ancillary services.

Our in-plant rug cleaning operation allows us to effectively remove loose soil (and there’s often lots of it!), clean the rug as appropriate - usually on our purpose built rug cleaning floor; and then dry the rug in our drying room.

This specialist equipment and process also enables us to effectively treat pet and other odours.

You are always welcome to visit our rug cleaning plant by appointment.

We will collect and return rugs in the Cotswolds region or you may drop off by appointment.

WHY CLEAN A RUG?

Rugs act as a filter containing all manner of airborne particles and general soiling from pet and human footfall.

Leaving a rug un-cleaned will shorten its life as the pile is damaged by gritty particles; will affect its appearance as dust and greasy contaminants settle within the pile, and may result in a musty odour.

Of course spillages and other accidents just make it worse!.

Professionally cleaning your rug will solve these problems giving you a better looking, more durable and hygienically cleaner possession to cherish.
