General Ordering Information
Delivery (UK Mainland) Deliveries are either made by our own transport, via Royal Mail Parcelforce, or by other Courier companies. You should allow up to 10 days for delivery from your funds being cleared, although five to seven working days is normal. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during normal working hours. Please contact us if your requirement is more urgent of if you need to make special delivery arrangements. We will try our best to help however please note any such arrangements may incur an extra charge. PLEASE ENSURE YOU PROVIDE A CONTACT PHONE NUMBER WITH YOUR ORDER DETAILS.

Damages, wrong items, short delivered items. Please check your order carefully immediately after it has been delivered, and ensure you store the items you have ordered in accordance with the instructions. You must advise us of any damages by close of business on the next working day following receipt. You must advise us of any wrong items or short delivered items within 2 working days of receipt.
Guarantee Flood defence products supplied by us have been tested and are guaranteed to fulfill the function for which they were designed - ie., if used correctly, to significantly reduce the amount of water ingress into a property. We do not accept responsibility for application and conditions, as we cannot control the factors under which products we supply are used or applied, neither can we accept any liability for any amount other than the cost of the items purchased. This does not affect your statutory rights and we are always happy to provide advice as to how best to use the products.
Refunds & Returns If you are unhappy with your product please contact us in the first instance to see if we can remedy the problem. If you then wish to return a correctly supplied product we will make a refund for the full amount less our shipping & handling costs. Customers should make their own arrangements for returning such goods at their own cost. Refunds will only be made once goods have been received in good order. No refunds will be made after 14 days from receipt.
You should ensure that returned items are properly packaged and insured against loss and damage before returning them to the address shown on the Contacts page, together with a copy of your invoice and a short note explaining that you would like a refund. We cannot accept any responsibility for item's which are lost, or damaged upon arrival at our premises.
Cancellation Customers should contact us in good time if they wish to cancel their order. Unfortunately once goods have left our warehouse it is not possible for us to stop them from being delivered, and it therefore becomes the customers responsibility to return them to us (see 'Refunds' above).
Privacy Your contact details will only be used by us and appropriate sub contractors for the purpose of fulfilling your order and will not be disclosed to any third party. We do not retain personal financial details used for online web based ordering (credit or debit card numbers).
